The UC Berkeley Human Rights Center conducted a population-based survey last year of Cambodians to assess public awareness and attitudes towards the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC, http://www.eccc.gov.kh/), the join national/international tribunal trying accused Khmer Rouge war criminals.
